WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am. Unless otherwise noted, these times will apply. You will receive entry information 24 hours prior to check in.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

For all stays less than 28 days

  • A full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in

  • 50% refund will be made for cancellations made 7-14 days before checkin

  • No refunds will be made for or cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.

For all stays of 28 days or longer

  • A full refund will be made for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 28 days before check-in

  • If a guest cancels after that, host will be paid 100% for all nights spent, plus 30 additional nights

  • If fewer than 30 days remain on the reservation when the guest cancels, host will be paid 100% for all of those remaining nights

HOW DO I GET INTO THE PROPERTY?

Our properties have a keypad lock. You will receive entry instructions and codes by email 24 hours prior to arrival.

WHAT DO I NEED TO DO BEFORE I CHECK OUT?

  • Before you leave, please check for all your personal belongings

  • Please ensure you have placed Garage and Gate Remotes Back

  • Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher with pod (under the sink) and run cycle (Hand wash pots and pans)

  • Please do not leave any leftovers in the refrigerator (Condiments & anything not opened is okay)

  • Help us save energy by turning off all lights and turning the temperature to 76

  • Please leave all towels in the bathrooms and trash bags in the large trash cans. 

  • Strip the beds and leave on the floor of the room.

  • Please make sure to lock all doors before leaving. The cleaning crew will be along shortly to take care of the rest.

  • Come back soon and stay a while.

WHY AM I BEING ASKED TO PURCHASE PROPERTY DAMAGE PROTECTION INSURANCE?

We’ve learned over the years that it is much simpler to purchase a property damage protection insurance plan up front, for a nominal fee, than to have a credit card be liable for the damage. The purchase of the insurance plan removes any motivation to “hide” damage and encourages reporting. If any accidental damage is caused by a guest, it can simply be reported and claimed on insurance and the guest is not burdened by any additional expense.

WHAT TOILETRIES ARE PROVIDED?

We provide 100% vegan, cruelty free & PETA certified soaps, shampoos, and conditioners to our guests.

ARE THERE ANY RESTRICTIONS OR RESTRICTIONS OR RULES FOR GUESTS?

No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana at any time inside the home. Smoking permitted on Back Patio w/ garage door shut (Up to $500 Cleaning & Deodorizing Fee if smoke is detected in unit

 

Dispose of any cigarette butts appropriately or a fine may be charged.

 

No smoking, vaping, or use of marijuana inside the property.

 

Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames. • No loud music or disturbances, especially noise past 10 pm.

 

No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette stays, get-togethers, and the like. • Do not have more guests than stated in your reservation and no unapproved visitors.

 

No Undisclosed Pets Allowed - Special Circumstances only, with additional fees.

 

Check-in is any time after 4 PM and checkout by 11 AM.

 

Please follow check-in and out instructions.

 

ALWAYS lock the door! We want you and your things to be safe.

 

We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.

 

We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind.

 

Please respect the neighbors.

 

No fish cleaning in the house.

 

Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.

 

If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back. ---

 

FEES: Lost remote controls will result in a $100 Charge.

FEES: Smoking of any kind will result in a $500 Charge if home needs to be purified and/or cigarette butts or paraphernalia are found.

FEES: Cleaning fish or seafood of any kind inside of the home will result in a $250 Charge if home needs to be purified.

FEES: Unapproved pets on premises will result in a $250 Charge.

FEES: Any pet-related damage, pet hair, or any evidence of a pet is found on premises will result in additional fees at the cost of the damages.

FEES: Unapproved Late Checkout fees: Every 30 mins after 11 am is an additional $50. (If you need a late check-out please let us know so my maid doesn't charge me for the trip)

FEES: Unapproved guests staying the night will result in a $50 per night per person for each person who is not stated in the number of guests in your reservation.

 

Long-Term Stays

1) It is required that guests remove garbage from the home during their stay. All garbage days are posted (TUESDAY & FRIDAY MORNINGS) in the home and require curbside service unless otherwise noted. Any garbage or automotive-related city fines during your stay will be paid by the current guest.

2) It is required that guests allow for extra cleanings during a long-term stay of 14 days or more. We require that a cleaning of the home is necessary every 2 weeks. Fees will be applied to the platform or payment method of the original reservation.

a) Complete Home: $195

b) Complete Home with linen and towel service: $225

c) We will, from time to time, stop in to check in on the home with monthly inspections. Guests will be informed 24 hours prior to arrival.
